Chemical Peels The chemical peels are mild acidic chemicals applied to the skin for many indications.  Some patients with acne do not respond to topical treatments, antibiotics or Isotretinoin.  The type of chemical that may be applied to the skin varies with the race of the patient and the treatment for which it is applied.  It can help with Acne, subtle pigmentation and fine wrinkling.     There are many other types of peels performed, as well.and can include glycolic acid peels of various concentrations, salicylic acid peels and low concentrations of trichloroacetic acid.  


Botox®  cosmetic Botox® Cosmetic is the only FDA approved treatment for the temporary reduction of moderate or severe frown lines. It can be used in patients between  18 - 65 years of age. Frown  lines can appear between your brows actually result from excessive muscle movement or  the passage of time.
Botox® Cosmetic works by blocking nerve impulses which reduces the movement of those muscles. With less movement, the skin surface gradually smoothes out and the moderate to severe frown lines between your brows begin to fade. The treatment with Botox® cosmetic is the only treatment of its type approved by the FDA for this use. The treatment is minimally invasive and nonsurgical. It requires no recovery time and causes little discomfort.  It can last for 4-6 months after treatments.
Restylane Restylane is used for immediate and long lasting wrinkle correction.It is used to replace the loss of elastic tissue seen with aging.   It is a safe and cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds.
It is the first cosmetic dermal filler made of non-animal-based hyaluronic acid. There is limited risk of allergic reactions and no skin tests are necessary.  Restylane can be used to fill wrinkles and folds,,particularly the wrinking and folds that develop in the lower part of the face.. { from the nose to the corners of the mouth}.   It can deliver long-lasting results for six months. Botox® for Hyperhidrosis    Botox  can be used to treat sweating disorders as well.  However patients need to have a complete evaluation of causes of sweating disorders to ascertain if there is a systemic reason for sweating or it can be idiopathic for no apparent reason.  Also patients can be evaluated for treatment with drysol or iontophoresis.

Sclerotherapy of spider veins-   Sclerosing solutions can be injected into the spider veins of the legs for cosmetic purposes. 

Restylane injections for lip enhancement and wrinkes

Microdermabrasion -  Parisian Peel machine can be used to treat sun-damaged skin, age spots, fine lines , wrinkling, enlarged or oily pores, Acne scars and comedones. 

Intensed Pulsed light  IPL Star-Lux machine can be used to remove hair in all skin types safely with little to no discomfort.  In Addition the Star-lux machine is very effective in treating  red areas of the face from Rosacea. and brown spots from Sun damage.
